Daniel Burgun, Production Assistant

Daniel Burgun obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester , where he was a recipient of the institute’s Take Five Award. The award granted him one year tuition-free to pursue a curriculum of his choosing: Film Studies. This choice led him to Los Angeles to begin a career in entertainment. While there, Daniel worked on several film and television projects including Aaron Spelling’s CHARMED and Universal Studios’ DRAGONFLY, starring Kevin Costner. Most recently he worked in development for the producer of the SUPERMAN film franchise. During his spare time Daniel proved himself to be a filmmaker in his own right by putting together short films and features as a writer and director. Daniel brings eight years of Hollywood experience to South Bend and New Group Media.
